Beautiful fully equipped home

This is a beautiful home in a lovely quiet area, the house is fully equipped with everything you would ever need and more.Pool temperature was absolutely perfect, very refreshing in the hot/humid weather.The house is about a 10 minute drive to an amazing white sand beach (honeymoon island) Also local baseball team Clearwater threshers is a must visit as well, great atmosphere and lovely staff also managed to catch a match baseball too (lovely souvenir)Enjoyed our stay very much recommended this property highly

Perfect house for entertaining and exceptionally dog friendly

I rented the house to go to my grandson‘s eighth grade graduation. I was able to have them over for a pool party and we also really enjoyed the pool table. I travel with my mini Australian Shepherd. The backyard is fenced and the house is very dog friendly.

Great amenities, communication, location

The property is perfect for a family - it has a huge pool, the biggest pool I've had at a rental property and in April it was warm enough. It was colder on a couple of days when the weather wasn't as good but still warm enough to use. The Hot Tub was also large enough for the family and we spent alot of time in the outside space including the working gas BBQ. The inside space was a good layout for us and the kitchen has every utensil and item you could possibly need. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space for a family of 4. The property was in pretty good condition and we didn't have a problem with anything in the house. The Billiards table was also great and we spent alot of time playing billiards/pool and the table and cues are in great condition. The area around the property is very close to alot of stores/restaurants and close enough to multiple beaches (10 mins to the nearest one) and central Tampa (40 mins). The area is a little noisy as it's close to US19 but it wasn't a problem and didn't impact us and not a problem when in the house. We had excellent communication from Ian and he gave us plenty of suggestions before arriving, it was easy to get access to the house when we arrived and we met him during our stay as he lived close enough to help us while there and again provided some suggestions while respecting us being in the house so I can't thank him enough. So I definitely recommend the property and we would stay there again.

Spring break with the family

Loved our stay here! We used the pool every afternoon—floating and playing water games. Our teen boys used the hot tub most evenings. And we had family billiard competitions each night. A fantastic vacation for our family! Both of our teen boys rated it 10/10!!Plenty of space for being together or apart. ;) Ian was easy to reach and communicate with. The only downs we had were: the TV by the hot tub was fuzzy/unwatchable (but there are 3 inside tvs that work great with Roku apps to sign into), the water pressure was low and the master bath sink had a super slow drain. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home. It's in the heart of Palm Harbor there's plenty to do it from 5 minutes to 20 minutes away around us. This is our second time staying in. It's a Palm Harbor area. We really enjoy it.

Great Stay!

We had our 2 sons, a daughter in law and one dog with us. The house is extremely quiet and very family friendly. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool-but they were nice as well. The fenced in backyard was a major convenience. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra refrigerator in the laundry room came in handy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Ian is good at communicating and all the notes and instructions were easy to find and follow. Being able to easily park 3 vehicles was extremely convenient.

September Get Away

Always a great property—3rd time we have been there—pet friendly is critical for us. Pet friendly Honeymoon Beach State Park is a 15 minute drive away. Ian has been very responsive and will stop by if needed. Hope to return in 2025.

One of the most relaxing vacations ever.

Celebrated 34th anniversary over weekend of July 4th. Location was perfect - easy to find from PIE airport, close to beaches and restaurants but more private than condo. Communication with host was fantastic; quick response and accommodating. House had everything we needed including beach towels, sunscreen, pool toys, and beach chairs. A Keurig coffee machine would have been nice and maybe another baking pan, but otherwise, very adequately supplied. House was a little older but well maintained overall. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Beach was too crowded and ocean water was too hot, but the pool was perfect and watching moves on the outdoor TV was relaxing. Might suggest a swivel arm for TV so you can watch from the pool. With washer/dryer we could pack a light carryon bag for flight. Would recommend for families.

Family Vacation

Our family was comfortable in this home and the location was great. The owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The only items worth mentioning is that the pool framing needs to be power washed and pool screens on several panels needs replaced. Overall, everything was fine. The kitchen was well stocked and the home has a nice layout.

Great property and location

Stayed with my 13 year old grandson and my Australian Shepherd for three nights. We enjoyed the pool, pool table, darts and everything the house had to offer. Traveling with a dog, it was great to have a large garage I could pull my truck into while unloading, and so nice to have a fenced backyard. My third stay.

Good Times

The home is older but kept clean. Lots of extras in the house with the second freezer and fridge, and lots of fitments included with home. The host "Ian" was very kind. The yard could use some love and care, does not look like the pictures. However, I do understand as water and or paying someone to care and or keep up the yard is very expensive these days. The home was perfect for our event. And everyone enjoyed the pool, darts, pool table and room. Thank you

Needs some TLC

The host was very responsive and accommodating but the property did not meet expectations. The bottom of the shower curtain in the master was moldy, the blinds were broken in the living room, some pool cues are broken/missing tips. All of the darts are broken or bent beyond repair. If that wasn’t enough, the door handle to one of the bedroom fell off. In addition to the thick layer of dust on the decor (faux plants, blinds, louvered doors, wall hangings). There are smaller issues but it’s not worth going into detail. I reported my larger concerns to the host and Ian offered to replace the shower curtain and fix the door but there were so many concerns that we opted to rent another property for the duration of our trip. The host accommodated a partial refund but refused to return the fees that VRBO charges. I was directed to contact VRBO for a refund, however they advised this must be completed by the host. Alas, I have not received compensation for the fees.
