Bienvenue à Indian Sunset Beach! Les plafonds de dix pieds et 1290 pieds carrés d'espace de vie donnent à cette unité une sensation ouverte et aérée. Le plan d'étage est ouvert. Les chambres sont divisées donnant de l'intimité à tout le monde.

De beaux levers de soleil peuvent ĂȘtre vus sur la voie navigable intracoastale. Prenez l'ascenseur et descendez Ă  quelques pas de la piscine chauffĂ©e au bord de la plage et de la plage de sable blanc. Une fois le soleil couchĂ©, profitez des lumiĂšres scintillantes des bateaux qui passent sur l'intracoastal depuis votre balcon privĂ©. Ce complexe de condos n'a que 11 unitĂ©s pour ce sentiment de vacances privĂ©es.

Cette unité peut accueillir 6 avec une suite parentale qui est mis à part du reste du condo. Le maßtre dispose d'un lit king size, d'une chaise longue / lit double, d'un grand placard et d'une salle de bain principale privée mise à jour avec douche à l'italienne.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un jumeau xl sur lit superposé perpendiculaire king. Le deuxiÚme bain à cÎté de cette chambre est trÚs pratique.

La cuisine spacieuse s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon et comprend tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas si vous le souhaitez. Dans la laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal de l'unité, le linge devient un jeu d'enfant.

Le complexe comprend un ascenseur et il y a deux places de stationnement attribuées pour cette unité.

The place was clean and spacious. The front bedroom was loud on the weekend since it is near the street. There were lots of things for the beach. The bed was comfortable. The balcony also faces the street. There was a lot of room and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful experience in Indian Rocks Beach, Fl! What a great 2b/2b condo with magnificent views of the Intercoastal Way and a very short walk to the beach!This unit was so easy to get to, great parking, convenient elevator ride to the front door. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fabulous—big, laid out well, and the amount and quality of linens is extraordinary. The furniture is stylish and comfortable, the kitchen has all equipment and gadgets you could ever need, and the “beach” closet is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, toys, & umbrellas. Not to mention the beach bags! So great to not have to bring these items with us. We added a camping chair to the mix so that my elderly father had a “higher” chair to sit better on the beach.It was a great surprise to read through all the brochures for fun activities and restaurants. When you’re new to a location, it takes so long to find what local places are must sees. Reviewing those brochures really shortened the process for us!

Vacation for relaxation with my daughter and her friend . We loved the location and the condo was well stocked. Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

Amazing!

This was our 20 year anniversary trip. We wanted to stay where we could walk to restaurants but not be in the hustle and bustle of the peak season. This place was perfect! Steps to the beach. Local restaurants very close by. The property itself was wonderful! Exceptionally clean! Monica was an added bonus! She checked on us after we got settled in to make sure everything was in good order. She made delicious recommendations for restaurants and response time was very quick. Her kindness and availability exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful week and trip! We WILL be back.

Practically Perfect in every way!

The time leading up to our trip Monica was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had never visited this particular area and I had so my questions to make sure it was a good fit. The area surpassed my high expectations! Quick1 block walk and you are in the main downtown drag with access to restaurants, cvs, stores and more. The small town has everything you need. We loved Villa Gallace and ate there three times, it was literally outside our door! The bakery was so good and a perfect walk each morning. We loved walking on the harbor side in the morning to catch the sunrise from the docks and watching the boats from our patio. The pool was brand new and perfect to swim and cool off! Private beach was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4, we kept saying we could live here 24/7! We will be back, loved everything, it felt like home and Monica provided more than enough household items to just move right in for a perfect week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean in IRB!

IRB perfect location!

Great location overlooking the inter-coastal, enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning at breakfast and the condo complex is literally on the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon and beach chairs making that short walk to the beach even easier. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for our family with two young kids. Our only concern was cleanliness of one of the rooms that Monica would be addressing with the cleaners and personal opinion that the master bed and bedspreads could be replaced. Monica checked in upon arrival and was responsive during our stay. Neighbors mainly fellow vrbo families were very friendly!

Couldn’t be better!

We came to IRB for a wedding, were familiar with the area. This condo and location are perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and light groceries. Patio overlooks the inter-coastal. We loved sitting there and watching the boats, people, dolphins! Monica couldn’t have been sweeter. Kept us informed on the elevator repair while we were there but no issues. Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Spacious Condo ...Home Away From Home

The condo is so spacious. The bedrooms are on two opposite ends. It is on the second floor so no one below you. Could not hear tenants above us at all. TVs have Spectrum cable and are smart TVs. All the beach stuff you could want. The wagon was a lifesaver! Left our boogie boards for the next guests to enjoy! IRB is our absolute favorite beach and we will stay in the condo again next summer! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is big enough to give everyone their space while staying together and we loved that as a family of 4!! Would definitely stay here again :)
