Horrible Housekeeping Service

I was very happy with my stay until check out and I was running behind because of a business issue arose and I was on a call trying to resolve it when house keep knocked on my door announcing loudly that its check-out time. I told her I was preparing to leave in a few minutes. She walked away, yelling rudely that check- out is 11:00a.I was running late by 30 minutes. A minute laterI received a call from front desk telling me check out time is 11:00p. I explained that I was leaving momentarily, and that I'd never experienced this type of harassment from any other hotel, and I would be calling corporate to advise them. I'm a rewards member and felt that the was over kill and hung up and left.

This hotel was great overall. My only negative comment has to be that it is in a terrible inconvenient location, to pull in. You have to be in an exit only lane and if you do not know the area that can be definitely confusing. Although there were more positive negatives, we loved that the whole property was smoke-free, and the pool patio was decorated with fairy lights and was very cute. Our room was very big and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
