Nice property

We have stayed at Barefoot Beach numerous times and the resort is beautiful. Beautiful pool area and beach. The condo could use a little updating. The cushions on the sofa were so flat that when you sat down you could feel the frame of the sofa. The bed was too soft and very bouncy. Other than that, the place was clean. Beautiful outdoor area with table and chairs and perfect view of the sunrise. It was also equipped with everything you would need for the beach.

Just as beautiful as the pictures!

This is one of our favorite stays by far! It is a darling condo, decorated very nicely, and really seems very new. The pictures are very accurate, and the condo is perfectly located for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the waterway. We were able to rent a slip right there as well, which made our stay very easy. This will be our go-to when in the area. The property is right across the street from a beautiful beach, making the best of both the waterway and ocean. It was VERY hard to leave after our long weekend!

Amazing property

Amazing property! The inside was so cute and it’s close enough to the beach. We enjoyed that we could sit out on the back porch and watch boats go by on the intercostal. The two things that we disliked, which the own can’t control, is the parking situation and the pool area. But the property manager does tell you about the parking situation. With the pool, it was nice and clean but there’s not that many shaded areas to sit. Other than that, it was so enjoyable. My husband and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Short vacation

Absolutely loved our stay, wished we could have stayed longer. We were contacted the morning of our arrival and were told the unit was available for early check in, and were more than happy to pay the early fee. We have stayed at this resort before and love everything about it. The unit itself was very clean and updated and the patio on the waterway was amazing for early morning coffee and breakfast, as well as late night relaxation. I would recommend this unit to anyone thinking of visiting the area and we will be back.

Great location, AMAING condo

I didn't realize what a gem this was when I booked it, but soon found all of the amenities and location were perfect. The best thing about this is that it has a front and back door. The front door is to the parking lot, and the back door is to a beautiful, peaceful patio facing east. Watching the sunrise with your morning coffee is a WIN. The owner has upgraded to a beautiful polywood patio set. Very comfortable. Other pros: *short walk through the parking lot, across the street and you're at the beach *room is stocked with beach chairs, sand umbrella, kids toys, pool noodles *beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme *this room B111 is just steps from the well kept pool *April was great time to visit. Spring breaks over and pool, beach, restaurants were very easy to get seats *Deb at Home Property Mgmt. was great to work with and quick to answer our condo questions. Check in was easy and email communication prior to and while there was great. *not sure about other units, but B111 is wonderful *kitchen was fully furnished Not cons, by no means, just comments: *take coffee filters if planning on making your own coffee *You never know, but sometimes condos have bar soap. This unit had hand soap, dish soap, but you will need bar soap for the shower *plenty of towels *listed as a sleep 6 unit, and might be fine with children, but too small for 6 adults *nice kitchen with icemaker in fridge Bottom line: we loved it and would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

We loved our short stay at Barefoot Beach Resort. The condo was super clean and beautifully furnished. As we travelled with our two nearly adult kids, we used both sofa beds, which took a bit of setting up and moving furniture about. We also only found 1 additional duvet, even though I had requested bedding for both sofa beds, but we managed. We had a slight problem with locking up as couldn’t work this out and instructions were not clear, but we used the emergency number and got a quick response. Sadly it rained for nearly the entire 36 hours so couldn’t make the most of the beautiful views from the outside seating area. The walk to the beach however was super quick and simple. We found a great breakfast cafe nearby, Sweet Sage cafe and dinner at SeaBreeze Island Bar and Grill which was delicious and a lovely setting only a short drive away. It would have been a great stay with a bit of sun.

Quiet with beautiful View

The unit was bigger than I thought for sure ! Plenety of space to spread out if you have multiple people traveling. Everything for basic everyday needs to be comfortable was available in the unit. The only thing I like that was not offered in this unit was some extra comfort items I have seen in other ABNBs, simple pantry items. For example, sugar, butter, other season options besides salt and pepper, maybe powder creamer, ketchup, mustard, those type of things. I have experienced BNBs that do and dont have them and its just kinda nice because its the things you don't think of at the store when on a trip or even able to take them home if you fly. All in all still 5 stars across the.board- Absolutely beautiful location, view and easy access to the beach. I will be back for sure !

Second stay at property

This was the second year at this property. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo as well as the patio along the intracoastal. Spent a lot of time relaxing out there. Saw some beautiful sunrises and a couple of dolphins.

Hurricane/ mandatory evacuation

We were only able to stay for two day in our condo. We had a mandatory evacuation do to a pop up hurricane that was just supposed to be a tropical storm. When messaging the property owner about a return of funds because of the issue. We were just bluntly told you should about the insurance. No consideration on the return of a fence while we were there on vacation.

Family vacation

The location and condo were perfect for my family's needs. We have 3 children, one with autism and one that is 7 weeks old. Being able to fish behind the condo, take a kid swimming, and have one person stay indoors with a lid that needs a break was perfect.
