We never asked for this, and it was cumbersome. Accessible properties should be stated-we did not welcome this a bit, but to find equipment and devices filling all of the space we neede/rentedd to use for our things that we could not store in comfort was most inconsiderate: We rented this space, and paid for the owners stuff that impeeded free mobility around the quarters. The condo is outdated , animal hair was all over the carpets, furnishings were placed in front of closets rendering them unusable, Television digital boxes were found teetering, unbalanced on too small furniture. The cigarette ashes of the condo above came flying through the floor boards into our dinner. Scant communication from the ,amager from the beginning. I mentioned we could live with it when asked, only because we did not want to move once settled, however, until this requst for an assessment, no one inquired further. This is not customer service, but only receiving a check. We felt like cattle.
