My husband and I brought our teen to Mississippi State's Spring preview and I wanted a place that had a separate bedroom for teenager and a couch in case husband snores.I was not familiar with Starkville (it's been about 20 years since my last visit), so I really relied on reviews when picking this place. So for the things I always want to know when selecting a place to stay:*Cleanliness - this place was super clean, no issues with dirt, bugs, anything*Bed - beds are firm - not hard. If you want to sleep on a marshmallow that is your business, but I slept fine on this - feedback was both beds are firm*Location - location was quiet, not a lot of traffic, no noise or anything of concern. I would feel comfortable just me and my kid *Water pressure - I walked a bunch around Miss State before taking a shower one night and I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more just to have the water pressure and water heater to greet me at the end of the day that this place has. *Decor - actually I don't care about this. But I did want to mention that as a LSU alum I did actually find it cute - at least the cowbell changed into a lamp (one less cowbell at a game as far as I'm concerned)*Linens - towels were fluffy and soft. Hand towels had a bit of an off smell, but not sour or anything. Snacks and coffee - Had snacks and a keurig with some options stocked. Nice surprise!Don't know if my kid will choose to go to MSU but if she does I know where I will stay!
