Great stay! Clean and well stocked home in great location near campus. We were in town for homecoming and walked to Beaver Stadium for tailgating and game. Very pet friendly with a trail that leads to a cute little park. Easy instuctions and communication with owners. Would definitely stay again!
This is the perfect location for anyone visiting State College. Property was very clean and spacious for our family of 6 and communication with the owner was excellent!! We would definitely stay here again.
Easily the best place that we (alumni!) have stayed at PSU. Clean, and way bigger than the pictures show. Cute patio out back. Easy walking distance to the stadium, and short Uber trip to downtown. Will be staying again for certain!
Property was immaculate and well-stocked with essentials.
Walked to downtown (about 2 miles) to enjoy dinner and Homecoming Parade. On game day took shortcut to park, past Paterno house through campus to Beaver Stadium (about 1 1/2 miles)..... Will definitely be back
Stay was fine but property was advertised as being in a neighborhood within walking distance of campus⊠technically it was but the area was not one easily walkable
Our family (6 adults and 2 small dogs) stayed for an evening Penn State game and it place was a nice little gem. Hosts were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!!
The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners communicated very quickly and accommodated us shipping a couple of packages there early and checking in early. We look forward to staying there again.
If you are looking for a quiet place in a wooded area, away from the PSU hustle and bustle, this is a good fit. It was walkable to campus but not an easy walk, likely a drive for most people. Not as close to Sunset Park as the ad made it seem. Sleeps 3-4 most easily. Two of the rooms easily sleep a couple, but the third bedroom was very small. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and easy to communicate with the hosts. We enjoyed our stay.
This was the perfect property for our recent trip to State College. We needed a place close to campus that could fit our family of 5. We arrived to a sparkling clean house with, much to our delight, freshly baked cookies. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive and check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely use this property again the next time we head to Penn State.
Great spot, quiet and secluded yet only a short drive to the heart of State College and the PSU campus. Sits on the edge of the aboretum, so expect to see lots of wildlife. We saw rabbits, beavers, deer and of course squirrels.
What a wonderful home, super clean, comfortable and everything conveniently labeledâ just a perfect weekend stay. And the most delicious freshly baked cake from Connie! Thank you for making our reunion weekend so great!
We used this house as a 'base camp' of sorts for a concert at Bryce Jordan and it worked out wonderfully- easy walk to the venue. Parking isn't great but the rooms are spacious and clean as is the living areas. Highly recommend.
