Checked in online the day before. Got into our room 2 hours early. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was nice but a lot of chlorine. Staff has been very friendly! Second time staying here and we will again!

Heater didn't work, maintenance tried to fix it or college kids, no come back had to drive to front desk to request a room change, it's a large motel , dark with confusing drives around complex, I get the fact that your close to PSU, but wast of money

Hotel is falling apart! Orange construction cones in front of our room and along the banister thats ready to fall down.Im shocked Ramada has their name on this property. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. They should be ashamed of the price they charge just because there is a home football game. I cant wait to wake up in the morning and get the heck out of here!

First night AIr conditioner Fan was making loud noise and could not sleep whole night. Complained and they dis not have any other rooms. Next day requested for a room change. I requested for full refund for 1 night but they offered very little refund for the horrible experience.
