The hotel is new and at first feels like you’re checking in at a convenience store : ) but it’s great. No frills but clean, quiet, and everything one needs when stopping for the night in the middle of a road trip. It’s close to the exit of I-81, but quiet and comfortable. TT at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again while traveling I-81.

Only three miles to town

I've driven by Staunton dozens of times and decided to explore a little bit. The hotel was about 3 miles from the center of down. It was easy to get a Lyft. If you're just driving through, it's easy access to and from 81.

Very unprofessional

Every night I stayed I was charged an additional cost to my room . When I went down to the front desk to question it they didn’t have an explanation for it. At the end of my stay the manager said I would be refunded for all the unexplained charges (not including my the incidental fee ) It has been over 3 weeks since my stay and I still haven’t been refunded. Reached out and the manager is never available.
