Did not live up to expectations

This condo when you walk in is not like the photos. The potent smell hits you as you walk in the door. To start the couch is very old the cushions fall to the ground as you try to sit on them. The windows were all covered in painters tape. When we went to get in the shower the masters bedroom bathtub has mold in the jets and smells of it. The morning construction starts at 6am promptly and there is no way to sleep through it. I think we had high hopes for this place but it was not what we expected. I’m thinking the mold is what is making the home spell so poorly.

Amazing location and view

We had a fantastic time here. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had a blast riding the chairlifts and hiking from the building. The pool and hot tubs are perfect for kids and teenagers.

Awesome family vacation!

This is our second year staying at Torian Plum and it was even better than the first year! The condo was exactly what we wanted -- cozy, clean, well-appointed kitchen, close to everything, great view of the ski runs/New Year's fireworks. The front desk could not have been more helpful. We'll be back!

Extroadinary property that will make you want to return!

Great property with awesome view of ski runs especially the lighted night ski slope and centered in the middle of everything with easy access to any destination via free shuttle and bus service. We have traveled to many properties around Tahoe, Utah and Colorado and this is one of our favorites. Our family will be back!

The location is great. My only complaint is that this unit is marketed as a 3 bedroom unit. Technically this is correct. We brought 3 couples (my wife, my two adult sons and their wives), and we discovered the third bedroom is like a bunk room with two double beds and a bunk bed. The fact that the windows for this 3rd bedroom open to the unit as opposed to the outside added to the The undesirable nature of this 3rd bedroom. Other than that, there are no complaints. Steamboat received 21 days during our stay, and it is indeed ski town USA!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Close to skiing with easy ski in and ski out options.

The overall experience was wonderful. It was large enough for our party of 8 and the floor plan was well laid out, allowing 2 people space to move about the kitchen area without getting in the way of the other. The on demand shuttle service was very efficient and removed all anxieties about driving and parking in downtown Steamboat.

Fantastic!

We were two families with 4 total kids ages (6-10). The view was fabulous- we could sit in our unit and watch the night skiers and the fireworks. The place was truly ski in/out. Skies down to ski school daily and back in at the end of the day. It was convenient to restaurants, ski shops and apres ski places. We had a great vacation.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

Our family of five stayed 4 days in this condo for a ski weekend and fun getaway. The condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, and you can’t beat the ski-in, ski-out location. Janeth was very helpful on sending recommendations and tips ahead of time and making sure everything was perfect after we arrived. Highly recommended.

Family Ski Vacation

Took my children and 1 grandchild age 4 to ski. The place was nice and clean. I would recommend it. The only drawback was the fireplace did not work. We called the manager who was very responsive , however a part had to be ordered. we had lots of snow that week, so a fireplace would have been nice. Very easy access to the gondola and lifts, ski locker was perfect. hot tubs great.

Great condo right at base of mountain

We stayed here over President’s Day weekend with our two teen boys and another family of three. Loved the location and got a kick out of watching the little kids in ski school right out our window. Used the workout facilities and hot tubs, which were both fine. Parking underground was nice, and could walk many places. Enjoyed cafe diva nearby. Only small issue was keycards to building were fussy. Door to condo has code lock so that worked great. Would stay again and recommend for parties of 7-8.

Beautifully decorated as a mountain cabin. Love the decor. Very clean. Well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The mountain side location is hard to beat and the view is impressive. Free garage parking is nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool area has 4 jacuzzis so each family can have their own. Brilliant! I hope to come back soon.

Great condo in a great location.

This property is great with the exception that we found the queen bed to be uncomfortable for two adults. The mattress needs to be replaced.
