This was our second stay in this condo. Amenities, location, and attentive host make it a perfect choice. When our travel plans changed due to weather, the host quickly communicated that a day early arrival was an option and helped modify our reservation. While on-site everything we needed was available including firewood, nearby sauna and hot tub and great view of the slopes!

We loved our stay at Kelli's place. The condo is very comfortable and has an amazing view of the mountain. Just FYI, you cannot walk to restaurants or shops from the condo. We knew that ahead of time and it was fine for us. The ski in/out is SO convenient too! This is one of the best rentals I've had.

This is the place !

The moment we stepped into Kelli’s condo we fell in love with it. It felt like we were at home. We found everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Skiing in and out was excellent. Grocery store nearby ( City Market) was very well supplied .if you like sushi - they have good variety.I would recommend Brick for pizza and Apres Burgers bistro ( they have some healthy choices )

Great Access to Slopes, Great View, Well Done

Very cozy cabin feel, no maintenance issues, lots of extras such as board games and little items you might need while on your stay. The hosts did a fantastic job of presenting all the information you need for your stay in a binder. The access to Steamboat slopes is perfect, and there is laundry on the property. We would rent this place again.

Great Vacation!!

Our family had a great stay at “This Must Be The Place!”. The accommodations were super clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had groceries delivered right after we arrived (but wish we would have taken an inventory before ordering) - there were a lot of basic essentials already there from previous renters (coffee k-cups, sugar, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, spices, etc). So, we just added our stuff to the current inventory. The fireplace was awesome for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning and late afternoon cocktails before dinner. This property is a true ski in/ski out, but we went late in the season, so conditions were not ideal for ski in/ski out. So, we ended up having to walk up and down the trail (not bad at all - about 30 yards down to Right O Way Trail). The only negative thing that I have to share - the shuttle down to the base of the slopes does stop around 4:30 PM.. You are NOT in walking distance to restaurants or shopping areas. We didn’t have any issues getting Ubers, but it was $20/$25 to take the mile/mile and a half ride down to the base area. So, if we Apres skied and missed the last shuttle - then it was a $25 ride back up the mountain to shower/change, $25 ride back to the village for dinner and $25 ride back to the place after walking around after dinner. Not very convenient - if you don’t have a rental car.

Perfect Spring Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our family of five! The living spaces and bedrooms are all exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals with plenty of extra supplies on hand. The ski in - ski out experience is so convenient. Even our novice 5yr old had no problem navigating the trail in/out. The patio area is very nice as well, with a perfect space to relax and enjoy the view. We’ve already booked for next year!

Wonderful condo and great location

I stayed at “this must be the place” with my husband and two children for our first trip to Steamboat. The condo exceeded our expectations. The decor is beautiful, even better than in pictures. The view of the slopes is breathtaking, and it was especially nice on the weekend nights to watch the night skiers while enjoying the late light on the balcony. The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. And the shuttle service was great, as was the ski on ski off access. Location is great. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. I definitely hope to stay there again soon!

Carpe Skiem

Such a relaxing ski-in/out property off a "green circle" trail with easy access to the Gondolas and the T-Bar (IYKYK). We loved watching the skiers go by during the day, the lights of night skiing, and the snow-cats grooming at night. This property seemed bigger in person than in photos, and it was sharply and comfortably furnished and well-stocked. Big king bedroom with plenty of clothes storage, and a bunk with trundle to easily sleep 3 or 4 more - and a shower/bath for each bedroom. Loved the fireplace for toasty evenings. The heated pool and hot tub are a 45-second walk, and have a nice locker room to change warmly. Owner and manager are responsive and very helpful. Great stay - we would definitely book again. Two things to note: 1) The ski-in/ski-out take a small amount of athleticism (and be sure to note where to ski-in from the uphill condo), and 2) it's not really walking distance to any market or restaurant and has no shuttle after 4:36p.

Perfect Skiing Week

Everything was exactly as advertised and more! Wood burning fireplace came with plenty of wood and fire starters, which made our evenings after skiing very enjoyable. Ski in/out is great location and we spent time on the balcony just enjoying the view of the various activities ie night skiing, trekkers on the mountain.

This really is “the place!” What a cozy, clean, wonderful place to stay. Awesome ski in ski out location with great views. The condo was stocked with everything you might need, and communication was great as well with the property manager. Highly recommended this place!
