This property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable home for two families, 7 people total. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location on the ski mountain. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved this property. It is great if you have multiple families because you can stay together and still have privacy. The views are incredible and it was just a short distance to town. Super easy checking in and out. Beds were comfortable and we loved the front entry to put sports equipment or skis in the winter. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great set-up for a friend group ski trip

Townhouse 4 was an excellent choice for our group of friends! We were looking for a place close to the mountain with enough bedrooms and space for a group of 7. This was a great choice! With 3 King rooms and 2 other rooms with separate beds, we fit in easily, and had great time in the shared space to hang out. While mother nature didn't quite permit ski-in/ski-out this year, it was a short walk to the Right O Way ski trail in both directions, so basically the same! (Any season with regular snow, this would have been an easy ski-in/ski-out.). Great communication with the iTrip staff. House had everything we would expect, and the recent remodel made it very comfortable. Plenty of space to store our gear in front or out back. Price was fair for this excellent property. Shuttles were convenient to/from the base when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Well.... there was supposed to be snow on the ground for our trip but good ol Colorado had different plans for us. Although I cannot attest on the ski in/out part of this place, I can however tell you how amazing this place is. This place is huge. We are a family of five that booked a smaller place and the owners canceled us last minute for no reason. This place was very roomy and would've even been perfect for 2 small families. The basement had 2 big rooms, the main had plenty of room for entertaining (dining room, great kitchen with everything you need and a family room with plenty of seating), and the top floor was unique. It had one bedroom at the top of the floor and then you go up a few more steps for 2 more rooms. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. The hot tub, pool, pickleball courts, sauna, and workout area is a quick 30 second walk!We will def be staying here again. Perhaps when there's plenty of snow

Excellent condo!

Enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo! Incredibly clean, decorated very nicely and the kitchen had everything needed with pans, small appliances and staple items. The ski in/out was right off the back porch. Awesome condo, will definitely return next season!

The location was amazing. The property was very dated and some of the dishes needed to be washed before we used them. Again great location and great neighborhood!

Great Spot in Steamboat!

The remodel of this townhome is done really well, with higher end finishings and amenities (such as electric blinds, nice tile and carpet and comfortable bedding and beds. The living/kitchen area is a bit smaller for a large group than we anticipated, but once you get settled in it won't matter. There is plenty of seating at the big dining room table, bar and outdoor on the deck. The location is beautiful, right off the ski hill, which allows for easy access for biking, riding the gondola, hiking on the mountain, and drinking your coffee on the deck with such a peaceful view. We used the pool, which is very close by (2 min walk) and we appreciated that there were already towels there for us to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need in a rental, and there are a few extra pillows/blankets/fans in the bedrooms for extras. The management company was easy to access and quick to respond, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. We loved our time here so much!

Steamboat Springs Townhouse 4

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Townhouse 4! This unit is very comfortable with plenty of seating around a very cozy fireplace. The dining area is perfect for eating. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Most of all the location and snow were amazing! The access to the ski slope is incredible and the view out the windows is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the skiers coming down the mountain, especially for night skiing. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen was quite beat up and in need of some updating and new cooking accessories like pots/pans and knives. However, this did not prevent us from having a wonderful and very comfortable vacation. I would rate our stay a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend this unit.

Great view, Home Needs Remodeled - Property Managment was great!

This townhouse has one of the best views of the mountains - and a great ski-in and ski-out location. As a result, it is secluded from any "resort like activities, and causes difficulty if you don't have a car - as food and supplies are not accessible through an easy walk (1.6 miles each way). However, I cannot speak highly enough of the private shuttle service that always did their best to accommodate us and the property management through iTrip. Making reservations in advance is key. We wish there was a local bus perhaps that ran until 10pm (to at least the Gondola base area) so that we could night ski and get groceries and go to restaurants without having to reserve in advance. In addition, we did report a few problems, and iTrip took care of them immediately. The interior of the place is very tired- doesn't insulate from noise well (if you are sleeping downstairs you will hear walking on main level) - and looks shabby for the price that is being charged - we expected a lot more given other places (outside of Steamboat) we have stayed. For our experience in Steamboat, it is about average. Nonetheless, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, and great for cooking at home ... note that there are no spices, or things that sometimes accompany short term rentals. If you are there to ski - and don't care about going to town, it is perfect. It is very isolating for non-skiers. All in all, our rating is a "3" based upon the accommodations themselves - the management organization deserves 5 stars.

New Years trip in Steamboat Springs!

Property was just as described, very clean, well equipped, AMAZING views of the mountain from every room!! Shuttle was easy to use, ski out was quick, saw Elk from the living room window eating breakfast one snowy morning. Highly recommend! We had 4 grown ups and there was plenty of room and the placement of the bedrooms allowed some privacy and spacing - would be good for any age and any group! Loved it!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved staying at Townhouse 4! We were here for a work event and we had a large crew and there was plenty of room and sleeping accommodations and everyone was very comfortable and happy staying here. The Ski-in/Ski-out was incredible and made our stay and commute to the Resort very easy. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back and stay here again!!!
