Timber Run sits just a short distance from the gondola. Bring your skis or bike! There is a free year-round looping shuttle to the ski base, and the pick-up location is in the parking lot. You will love all the features of this four-bedroom condo featuring all new furnishings and appliances. Enjoy the comforts of the gas fireplace, the plush leather furniture, and the 65-inch smart TV after long days of fun and adventure. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and counter space you need to inspire your inner chef.

The bedrooms all feature new mattresses, one includes its own en suite bathroom, and three of the rooms have their own TVs.

Much better than a hotel. Loved the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool and hot tubs were great. Super quiet and relaxing. No air conditioning, but there are lots of ceiling fans. We would stay there again.

Great property and great community! The pool and hot tub were great for us and location is hard to beat. Place was nice and spacious enough for 8 adults. We visited in the summer, and there was no AC however the place cools off well and has plenty of fans provided. We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again

Great spot for a Ski trip

We rented a car from Denver which was a big help in getting around, even though the Steamboat bus system is great. East to 5 min drive to the slopes and the hot tub was nice. Plenty of parking options and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment.Would come back to the same listing.

This unit has a great location, nice pool, walking distance to ski area. Well stocked and clean. The only negative is it is a bit dated and a little worn but a quiet unit in a good neighborhood.

I stayed here with my four sisters. The layout of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for us. It was very quiet as there didn't seem to be a lot of people around during our September visit. We would stay here again.

Relaxing Ski Condo with easy shuttle access

All adult family ski vaca was relaxing in this condo. Shuttle came through the parking lot about every 20 min through the day to/from the resort. Not “luxurious” but clean& comfortable for all. Short drive to get into town. Heated pool and hot tubs outside helped relax too.

Great condo at a great location. The hot tubs were a short walk away, and they have a shuttle to take you to the mountain every 10 minutes or so! The condo was clean and easily fit our friend group!

Pleasant Stay with a Few Hiccups

I recently stayed for two nights at this property and had a generally positive experience. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing; the property was just as described, which I greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues that impacted my overall experience. The check-in process was confusing. I received multiple codes, none of which worked correctly, causing some initial frustration. It wasn’t until I contacted the owner that I was able to resolve this issue and gain access to the property. Additionally, the room was not ready on time, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these setbacks, the rest of my stay was smooth, and I found the accommodation to be quite comfortable and well-maintained. In summary, while the check-in process and room readiness could be improved, the property’s cleanliness and as-advertised features made for a pleasant stay.

Great location… a 3 minute property shuttle to the mountain. Great amenities - sauna, hot tub, heated pool, outdoor grill (even in the winter)… The condo itself is very nice - new applies, well designed especially for two families (upstairs and downstairs), warm and cozy.
