We stayed in the multiple bed with kitchenet and we loved our room. Lots of space for the price. We mainly stayed at this hotel because our kids wanted to spend the evening in the pool area and on the water slides. They had a great time however, the hot tube wasnt very hot and was low on water. The railing on the slide seems loose and in need of repairs. No food or drinks were aloud in the pool area and it would be nice to be aloud at least a beverage in a non breakable cup. I asked for late check out the next day when we arrived and was told they could not guarantee that but we could ask the next morning. When I requested the next morning I was told late check-out was unavailable. When I looked up our same room type for that day it was still showing as available so I am not sure why we couldn't stay 2 hrs later so the kids could swim just a little longer. The hotel was pretty empty and there was never even one other person in the pool area other than our family the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good and had quite a few options and was complementary.

Lots of kids...but then there is a slide and pool. Be prepared at breakfast time for kiddies in P.J.s and parents who looked they just rolled out of bed. Good choice for Steinbach.

Hotel was fine but when we got there the pools chlorine was so strong we couldn’t even swim, and everyone in the pool area was coughing, it was fixed a couple hours later, and the kids were happy with

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Pool area was dirty, had no towels, the water was freezing and the pool equipment room was wide open and unsafe. Shower head was falling off in the room and toilet kept running. People in elevator with no shoes on their way to the pool.

Rooms were very clean, which was important for us with a crawling baby. The breakfast was pretty good, if you were early to get there. 24/7 coffee a bonus! Our room could have used some minor upgrading but we've stayed in older/worse rooms. We didn't realize it was spring break (preschool kids) and the pool was over capacity most of the stay but it was fine. Kids running in the halls until relatively late, but again, we understood due to learning it was spring break. We will definitely stay again!
