Welcome to Nautical Cottages, a charming, nautical themed duplex. Remodeled in 2018, the cottages include a a first floor dining room, kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, a master suite with a king size bed and separate, full bathroom. Also included is a laundry room.
Upstairs is another large bedroom and a king size bed with a picturesque window seat and a separate bathroom. Once on the front porch, you will never want to leave! There are rocking chairs and a swing, overlooking the riverfront, picturesque, lush lawn, large trees and beautiful landscaping. There is a covered screened back porch with a table and 4 chairs. Relax under the large covered pavilion with a dining table and chairs which provides ample seating for 8 around the table, and several additional seating areas around the pavilion. Included in Cottage 5 are Adirondack chairs and a fire pit in the gravel area. You also have access to a private dock slip for each duplex. Please enjoy all the amenities the Landing has to offer, such as the swimming pool, childrens play area, gym, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, horseshoe, archery, kayaking, petting zoo, nature trails and just the tranquility of the grounds.
