Service was horrible when I got there it was police everywhere because someone left a baby in the car and one of the staff called the police then the police had to come back because the person who left the child in the car called and threatened the lady that worked at the front desk…. Then I called and asked for some towels and they told me to come down to get them I said I have my small baby so after about 40 minutes they brought some towels up… The next day I thought house keeping was going to clean the room they never came to clean the room the whole time I stayed there.. no pool I just would never go back.!!!

Pros: Quiet at night. There are quiet hours. Thank you for that. 24 hour fitness, pretty much empty. Free water dispenser. Friendly staff. Free parking. Brand new hotel. Cons: the hotel seemed full of people during my stay. The lobby has a college feel to it with all the games, chairs,signs, it is simply overwhelming. During breakfast time the lobby area is filled with people, the breakfast area is behind the reception. The elevator has a loud DING DONG it can literally wake you up from your sleep. The cleaning of the room is every other day. The soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers need to be squeezed. I find this extremely unhygienic. The road entrance into the hotel can easily be missed. I think the access to the hotel should improve. The room and bathroom were not spotless clean. Would I stay here again? I would because it is difficult to find a hotel that quiet at night, however the rooms were not spotless clean.

Overall it was a great stay, very clean and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. A few negatives though, The room I booked was supposed to be an accessible room with a tub, it had a shower instead. I didn't say anything because we were leaving in the morning anyway but granny wasn't able to take a bath. At breakfast the food was good, they had oatmeal, fruit, breads, ceral,yogurt, bacon and cheese omelets and boiled eggs. Unfortunately the pancake machine was broke. I would use this hotel again, I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

I was in room 303 facing I75, the entire night all you hear are the car passing by. It was very difficult to sleep there so I woke up restless.
