Staff was good. Heat in the room didn't work had to have staff come up to fix. The hotel had the weirdest lighting system. You had to put the keycard in a slot by the door to turn everything on. If you took it out EVERYTHING shut off.

We had good hot water at the sink but just warm water for our showers. It seemed that water from the shower was getting under the tile in the bathroom so for a while after a shower the floor would be wet. It was noisy, people talking loudly outside our room most of the night.
