Property is located on the water overlooking Shelter Haven Bay in the heart of Stone Harbor’s downtown shopping district. Full Kitchen with washer/drawer. Situated within walking distance to all bars and restaurants and only 2.5 short blocks to the Beach. The rental is on the 2nd floor, offering stunning views of the bay. One bedroom has queen sized bed w/ full en-suite bath and gorgeous unobstructed water views. 2nd Bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk & 1 single (3 beds total) - these bedrooms share full hallway bath. Brand new central HVAC, deck overlooking the bay to enjoy your morning coffee, exterior shower & much more! Backyard has picnic bench and tenant gets access to first boat Slip which includes ladder for swimming. 1 Parking Spot, 4 beach tags, and Wi-Fi are provided as part of the rental for no additional charge. Water sport rentals and bike rentals conveniently located on same block.
