This is a very loud party hotel. We didn't see any family type guests. However, there was a lot of alcohol and people traveling between rooms. No exercise room, no elevator.

Very acceptable place to stay for a road trip. Great for families. Rooms are a little tired, but very clean. Bed is comfortable. Lighting could be improved in the rooms without any loss in efficiency.

Every staff person we encountered was so pleasant!!! Great staff! Our room was not overly clean. There was some debris on the floor in the bathroom upon our arrival. There was a slight odor in the room, as well. That being said, it was quiet, the heating system was relatively quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

The room is in good condition, the staff are always available, and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast sucks, and the noise the hot tub makes is so loud that when the room next door turned theirs on, at 5am, I was scared awake and unable to fall back asleep until 6:30am

This hotel is a bit older, in both style and overall condition, but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for a good stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected --I really enjoyed the little egg and cheese wraps, the sausage patties and the variety of yogurt options. There seemed to be minor issues with the pool whille we were there -- it's adjacent to the lobby and we could smell the chlorine when we walked in -- but this wasn't a problem after our initial appearance. One minor gripe -- while we were there, it seemed like the door to every single back room and cluttered storage area was standing open, with their contents on display. I'm sure every hotel has rooms like this, but most don't display them so freely. I don't know if this is a typical thing for this hotel, but if it is, perhaps it's not the best idea. None of those spaces had any impact upon the quality of our stay, but they impacted our perception of the facility.

The breakfast was fresh and very good and the service was great, the coffee pot was empty and I let them know and the gal stopped what she was doing and got more coffee out right away! The staff over all was so friendly, Gloria( front desk) was amazing- Thank you, if were ever back your way will stay h ere again
