This property is in an excellent location, but the condo itself was both dirty and outdated. Random trash, a dirty shower and lots of dust and dirt on the bed frame were an immediate turn off. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the AC unit in the dining room area didnât really help in the bedroom. The mattress is clearly very old and wildly uncomfortable as well.
If I were in town for a night and simply needed a bed and a hot shower, sure, this place would fit the bill. But for $500 over two nights youâd expect it to be clean, not have peeling furniture throughout and if thereâs a no water consumption order in the entire complex, maybe someone could leave renters a few bottles in the fridge? Sorry, but for the $178 ârental feeâ Iâd expect it to at least have been cleaned and have some drinkable water on hand in the unit. Buyer beware.
It was difficult to get in, the key/doorknob didnât work but was able to communicate with owner to find another key. There werenât sheets for the bed but able to contact management who sent some over before bedtime.
Just what was needed for a ski trip. Only problem was that the hot tub was shut down, but that would be on the condo community rather than the owner of the rental unit.
Good location, easily walkable to the Alchemist if you don't mind the hill. DC fast charging available at The Alchemist if you have an EV. Condo deck was nice on a cool summer evening playing card games.
Place smells like mold. WiFi is terrible and constantly disconnects. The second bathroom doesnât work. Toilet doesnât flush, shower with bath doesnât work at all. The ceiling started ripping paint off the wall during our stay so bad we had to call maintenance because of a water leak and asked for money back and was NOT called by a manager like I was told I would be! Terrible terrible terrible!!!
The toaster, microwave and tv did not work. Ceiling and wall cracks, water leak stains on living room ceiling, very dated furnishings and a terrible musty odor necessitating open windows.
The gas fireplace exploded and sent sparks out onto the rug while we were there.
