Unbeatable view of the cathedral from our room and the breakfast room. Breakfast is very affordable and delicious. Bed was extremely comfortable but the room is definitely on the small side - they do make great use of space. As other reviews have noted there is a spiral staircase from the ground floor to the first floor and then an elevator but there was a very nice staff member that assisted us with our bags. Easy baggage check so we could continue exploring after checkout. Amazing location for Christmas markets.

The location right next to the Cathedral is unbeatable and the staff are kind and friendly. It's a lovely little boutique hotel with character - beams, higgley-piggledy staircases. Charming! Our new bathroom was fantastic with a great shower and 2 large sinks. We loved our stay here!

Staff was extremely rude and told me to leave the property and find a different place to stay on a Friday night during Christmas market busy period, They told me very rudely to stay somewhere else as they saw my younger kid with me and were not ready to give me the room. They made me pay 200 Euros in addition on the spot in order to let me stay even after paying such a huge amount for reserving the room in the first place. We were helpless and paid the money else we had no where else to go. I want my full refund

This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful squares i have ever visited. the view of the cathedral is immense! The location is just so convenient, although busy during the Christmas markets it was just perfect! The room was small but clean, cosy, and very warm. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we came back to Strasbourg. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the lcoation is what made this hotel 5 stars!

Generally the room was ok, however for over £300 including breakfast for a night, it’s crazy that the shower lead didn’t stretch to where the shower rail was, so we had to hand hold the shower head!

The location was insane - right in front of the cathedral. The room was very small but clean. Some staff were very good, the initial guy at the front desk was really rude and almost refused to help us carry our bags up the stairs.

Great location, clean, staff less than helpful. Not handicap friendly. Climbing stair is required to all rooms. Room was very hot with no fan or working A/C this time of year. When asking for assistance, staff acted like we were idiots and asking to much of them. Zero customer service.

Lovely hotel directly across the square from the Cathedral; ideal location for tourists. Everything is very close by. Large room, nice bathroom, great buffet breakfast. Very gracious & helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

Location - Excellent . Response to customer feedback - Excellent . Staff Empathy - One staff ( Val) in particular Excellent Housekeeping - Inconsistent Room Advertisement - Internal specs and furniture needs to be more specific and descriptive , so that guests know what they are signing up to.

The hotel was decent. It’s right in a main tourist square by the Cathedral so it’s very convenient for people looking to see the historic district. It’s a bit noisy since it’s on a very busy square and you hear the church bells but some white noise recordings help with it. The hotel is on the older side so you will hear noise from the hallways and i could hear the heavy footing of the person in the room above mine. The breakfast was ok - not entirely worth the cost but it’s an easy start to the day. All in all, the stay was good, the staff were polite, and it was what I needed for an ok price.
