In the heart of the pedestrian zone in downtown Strasbourg, just 3 minutes from the Strasbourg Cathedral, the Le Pignon apartment is perfect for a family or friends’ stay. Fully equipped and renovated in 2024, you will be charmed by its atmosphere and conviviality.
It consists of: A spacious living area with a lounge/dining space open to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) Two bedrooms, each with two double beds Two bathrooms with Italian-style showers connected to each bedroom Separate toilet
The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator.
Rue des Grandes Arcades is a pedestrian-only street, so you can only access the building by car at certain times (from 6 AM to 11 AM). However, the public parking "Gutenberg" (open 24/7) is located nearby (50m) from the apartment.
The entire apartment will be yours. Always aiming to ensure the best satisfaction during your stay: Cleaning will be done, Beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be provided, Clean towels will be available, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel per kitchen, Free Wi-Fi connection
This historic neighborhood offers many nearby shops. House rules: This property is non-smoking. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price.
