"Das Zimmer-wie gebucht- war traumhaft! Allerdings lief der Check-In überhaupt nicht gut. Den Schlüssel erhält man nicht mehr an der Rezeption (diese wurde eingespart), sondern über einen Schlüsselkasten, den man mit einem Code öffnen kann. An sich eine gute Sache, sofern man den Code zugeschickt bekommt. Zwei mal haben wir das Hotel angeschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort bekommen. Erst als ich mich an Expedia gewandt habe, erhielten wir den Code per E-Mail. Das war zwei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft. Hier muss eine Verbesserung geschaffen werden, denn das Zimmer, die Kaution und die Kurtaxe waren schon lange vor Urlaubsbeginn bezahlt. Schade, denn die Lage der Zimmer sind unglaublich schön-direkt am Strand. Von der Couch aus kann man auf das Meer blicken- da bleibt der Fernseher aus!"
