Ocean front, fully furnished 2BR/2Bath condo available in March. Stuart FL/Hutchinson Island. 6 month or longer lease preferred. Safe/Private, yet close to shopping, restaurants and services. No Pets allowed—HOA rule. Elevators and beautiful interior courtyard unlike any on the island. Covered indoor walking areas inside. Main, overall condo complex has been recently updated and is very modern and clean. Recently renovated ocean front condo that looks out onto beautiful ocean and sunrises. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay and bridges from the living room, both bedrooms and large balcony. Both large bedrooms have beautiful views and open concept living room. At approx. 1400 sq ft. this is one of the larger condos on Hutchinson Island. Enjoy the heated pool on the North side of property. Two parking spaces—one is in garage. Clubhouse with fitness center, wifi, kitchen and living room areas for entertaining, pool/card tables, covered porches and patio areas, and gas grills in common areas.
