Sehr geehrter Mevlan,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben, Ihr wertvolles Feedback mit uns zu teilen.Wir streben immer danach, unseren Gästen, einen exzellenten und Erinnerungsreichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, deshalb tut es uns umso mehr leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hause nicht zufrieden waren. Nach interne Rücksprache konnte mir unsere Hausdame bestätigen , dass Sie bereits Gelegenheit hatte mit Ihnen die Hintergründe ausführlich zu besprechen und eine Lösung Vorort für Sie zu erzielen.Mit Bedauern haben wir zur Kenntnis genommen, dass Ihnen unser Personal an der Rezeption nicht so begegnete, wie es dem Standard unseres Hauses entspricht. Dies tut uns sehr leid. Dear Guest, Thank you very much for you feedback about your stay in our hotel. We very much regret that your stay was not to your full satisfaction. We sustainably want to improve our performance, therefore we make constant renovations over the years. We are currently renovating the elevators in our hotel, to have them technically up to date. Unfortunately in the last week the workers started earlier than we agreed. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience it caused! Regarding your feedback on parking fees we would like to inform you, that this property is in private hands. Unfortunately we have no influence on the fees or the handling.
