Pictures and descriptions Don't match.
I’m a Platinum member on Hotels.com. I want to leave a record of my unsatisfactory experience at this property.
Upon arrival, I encountered several issues:
There was no safe, which is important for me. The advertised breakfast was either missing or not adequate. Access to the property was difficult. There was no accessible parking as stated. The room had an unpleasant smell from the beginning.
I booked thinking it was a hotel, but it’s actually a room in a shared apartment, more like a hostel. It lacks the standards and professional service I expect when booking through this platform Hotels.com/Expedia.
Off course we move to a hotel in the corner 4 star hotel for the same price with a nice buffet breakfast, parking, pool etc.. (hotel Santacroce-ovidio)
I just wanted to make this clear so that it can be taken into account and the property listing reviewed to ensure it matches what is promised.
