Lovely property by the water in Cudjoe Key. Very comfortable and well equipped. Host was very communicative and location was great for getting to Key West and other local attractions. Would definitely stay again!
We had a very relaxing stay at Keys Time. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We rented a boat for 3 days and kept it right at our dock. We will definitely return.
This is a great community, safe and secure with everything you need. The home was so comfortable. We loved the raised porch for sitting in the ocean breeze at night. Loved our weekend stay, wish we had more time.
The ease of booking this facility and the friendliness of Tracy were well appreciated. I will definitely use this company again and I would 100 percent rent this property if it wasnât for sale. It was charming and perfect for our family.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The central location allowed us to have fun at various spots and have a quick drive back. Melissa was very responsive to our questions and handles a few hiccups to our satisfaction.
This was the best house that we have stayed at so far in Venture Out. Would definitely come back. Note that the boat area is only 17 foot, even though it is a 20 foot sea wall.
We enjoyed our stay here very much, place was well appointed and very comfortable and spacious. Dock was perfect for our boat and great access to fishing/diving. The community was very nice and the boat ramp facility was awesome. Host was very informative and was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Being right on the canal was a plus with easy access to take our paddle boards out for a quick session. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were available around the paved community in the evenings to watch the sunset over the water. There are a lot of restaurant options within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Keys.
We spent 3 nights at Keys Time in between Christmas and New Years. Check-in process was a bit lengthy because we hadnât filled out the Venture Out registration in advance so they didnât have a record of our reservation. But once we got in, we found the house to be clean, modern and comfortable! We had a great stay!
House was in need of some repairs. Some kitchen cabinet doors were barely hanging on. Only the hand held shower in the hall bath works. Unable to fill tub. TV in the kitchen did not work at all.
The place was super clean, had really comforatable beds, cold A/C, and a great kitchen. We especially liked the large covered porch, that faced west as it provided shade in the early morning. We like having our morning coffee on the porch. Rental agency checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. Just note that the dock is limited to a small boat (17 feet or less - I believe). We had a great time and will be back.
The house was perfect for my husband and I to spend some time in the beautiful area. We enjoyed it so much, we added a day. It is close enough to Key West that we went several times, but was also nice because it was a lot quieter and were able to hang at several of the local bars/restaurants.
Kelly was fantastic to work with. So accommodating and communicative. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she let us check in early and was able to let us stay a few hours longer upon check out.
Highly recommend!
A wonderful get away after the holidays. We enjoyed the accommodations as they were so quaint and comfortable. We sat on the porch every morning and evening....so peaceful. A wonderful way to begin and end the day. We kayaked in the mangroves near Big Coppitt Key and spent a day in Key West. You must go to the Square Grouper and the Morning Joint! A fun time was had by all!!! Also loved Kiki'Sandbar......great music and great food! Fun vibe!
The house was ok. Very cute. Furniture is very low and thatâs coming from someone not tall (5â3) so if you are tall, you will not like the table, chairs, or living room. The house seemed clean but the coffee maker had old grounds left in it that were growing mold. I did notify the host and they brought a replacement coffee maker the next morning. Our baby is still crawling and her feet were black by the afternoon while hanging around the house. The location is good. The playground is ok, pictures show an extra climbing feature that is no longer there. The pool was good for the kids, the small 1foot one was great for the little ones. We did not try the kayaks or bikes but was nice to have them available
The property was very clean and convenient to Key West. And while the beds were comfortable as was the couch, the living room chairs sat inches off the ground and put you in a 45 degree angle that required effort to even try to get out. The chairs at the kitchen table were TINY and looked like something from a child's playhouse. Only 1 burner on the stove worked which caused us to dine out more than we anticipated since it was impossible to cook a meal on just
Overall clean and cute property- felt like a cute vacation cottage. Location to key west and activities good. Upon checkin the hot tub was closed for our entire stay (literally the reason we picked this one over the other we were between). We really wanted this for those cool nights after being out all day. Second the master bedroom TV did not work. Bummer when you are a mom with a baby and need to hang out at night in the room and no entertainment, away from the rest of the family as needed. Third, cooking pans were so worn out it was metal and nonstick coating flaking into the eggs we tried to cook, only two pans to choose from and both so worn. Such a cheap easy fix for new proper pans. Host was fast to reply and offered discount (pending) and stated it would be looked into for pans/TV. Had it not been for those âcomfortâ items to eat breakfast there and wind down at night, it would have been great.
