Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This Sleep Inn is nothing fancy but was clean, quiet and comfortable and the included breakfast was quite decent. Perfect place to stay while traveling thru West Virginia. Conveniently located right off the Highway with plenty of free parking.

Overcharged, false accusation of smoking

Pet fee is shown as $15 but that was not honored by property and we were charged $20. We were accused of smoking. Our phone rang and a snarky male voice said there were complaints made by someone smelling smoke, and asked if we needed him to call the fire department. We were not smoking but the ENTIRE non smoking hallway absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke.

A basic place to stay that's showing some wear. Side entrance door did not have a lock on it and hopefully it is being replaced. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast facility and food were very good. Overall, I will stay here again.

Usually a pet friendly room means there are no openings for a pet to hide under the bed. We were in room 121. Queen bed. Expedia did not offer king. This room was a handicap room and not pet friendly. It took us about half an hour to get our cat from under the bed. Hubby went to laundry room and got a mop with long handle to coax her out. Finally. Nightmare. We stayed here the past couple years and had a nice room. This room was dated and the a/c very noisy and not cooling properly. However, the breakfast was amazing. The best we have ever had. Not sure if we will stay again next year traveling home from wintering in Florida.

Since the pandemic, hotel rooms like everything else have increased in price beyond reasonable. I’m diabetic and there’s not much on the breakfast menu to accommodate that. Shower was great, floor was slippery so you had to be careful. Bed was comfortable.
