I came to this hotel because I needed a place to stay during a bad breakup. The front desk staff were incredibly compassionate and kind to me. The bartending staff were phenomenal and took good care of me as well. I had dinner every night I was there, and everything was delicious. It was a very comfortable, safe place for me to process a lot of emotions and get good rest.

My biggest problem with this property is they never came to clean our room. On the second day we were there, I was told that they only clean the rooms every 3 days unless you request additional cleanings. I requested it for the next day which would have been the 3rd day of our stay. After exploring all day we get back and our room was never cleaned. We were checking out on the 4th day. They also charge $5 per water bottle after your first day. These are very small bottles. The staff was friendly and they text you to check on you which is nice but they wont bring anything to your room, you have to go to the front desk. Overall the room was nice but I expect the room to be cleaned everyday.

There was no free breakfast, but the breakfast I ordered in the restaurant was very good. The room and property were very clean. The staff was WONDERFUL. My biggest problem, you could hear every foot step from anyone in the rooms next you, above you, and every door close down the hall. It was disappointing to be in a comfortable bed and not being able to sleep.
