Ideal for families or groups. In the winter the cozy in floor heat & wood-burning stove, offer comfort after a day on the hill and in the summer, after a day on the water, sit back & relax on the large outdoor deck. Spacious 3,600 sq ft, 2-storey home sleeps up to 8 — ideal for families or groups.
Main floor: 1 king bedroom, full bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), large bath with separate shower and tub, laundry, and lounge with TV.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This country haven includes 2 adorable cats requiring indoor/outdoor access. Necessity for the area. They are fed outside the living space. Three friendly large dogs live on the property; they bark on arrival but provide natural protection from wildlife like bears and cougars. Because of this, no other pets are allowed. However if you love animals, ours add to the charm!

Owners live in a nearby house across the property; a quiet tenant occupies a separate studio and uses the shared laundry room Sundays only. If rental is beyond one week, we will stack wood and water plants at your preferred time.

AWD/4WD vehicle and winter tires are required. Inquire about 4x4 truck rental and/or airport pickup from Castlegar (YCG).
