My stay at this particular Motel 6 was an exercise in frustration and hostility, beginning and ending with the abysmal service provided by the front desk receptionist. If you are looking for a standard of hospitality that falls below freezing, you have found the right place.
The employee who checked me in at 7pm on Monday 10/27/25 was breathtakingly rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I were personally inconveniencing her by simply trying to check into a room I had already paid for. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple, polite question "if I could have a room away from the vending machine"—it was met with a sigh, a glare, and a dismissive "it is what it is" attitude. This person has zero business being in a customer-facing role; her manner was actively hostile and unaccommodating in the extreme.
This single interaction completely set the tone for the entire stay. The level of customer care here is non-existent. The management clearly allows for a culture where basic courtesy is viewed as optional. While the room itself was predictable Motel 6 fare, the repulsive attitude of the staff member is what makes this a true nightmare.
