Our goal in visiting Sunset Beach was to visit natural areas such as wetlands and salt marshes to find birds, butterflies and animals and take photos. This condo was a perfect staging place--between Calabash and Sunset Beach. We appreciated the cleanliness and the layout, and Vicky was very easy to communicate with. All the kitchen essentials were present.We were so busy enjoying the area that we may be the only people who ever stayed here who never turned on any of the three TVs! We would definitely want to stay here again when we return to Sunset Beach and the Brunswick Islands.

Beautiful Place with Very Accommodating Host

Our family traveled to the area for an 11u baseball tournament over the weekend. Leading up to our arrival, the host was very responsive and helpful. We arrived Friday around dinner time and were amazed at how clean and nice the space was! The kids continued to talk about how awesome the place was. We didn't spend a lot of time there on Saturday because of baseball games and a team party and then we ended up checking out Sunday morning. Our time spent there though felt like home and was very comfortable. When we come back to the area, I will definitely consider staying here again! Definitely 5 out of 5 experience!

Short stay in Sunset Beach to check out real estate

I visited for a short 2-night stay mainly to check out some local real estate. This property is super convenient to all of Sunset Beach, North Myrtle & even Wilmington. Directions & check-in very easy & just as described & the owners touched base with a short text after I arrived. I'd highly recommend as I'll surely stay again in the future. Thanks to Tony & Vicki!

Nice place to stay

All the comforts of home in a central location, close to Sunset Beach and surrounding areas that we wanted to explore. Comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Owner was very helpful and in touch throughout our stay to answer all our questions and to ensure our needs were met. Would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend to others.

Perfection for a casual getaway

We were so happy with this condo rental. Check-in and out were smooth. Condo was even nicer than pics on line. It was just a short drive to SunsetBeach- which is beautiful. Also very close to the waterfront park. We were 3 sisters getting together for the first time in more than 3 years. It offered us everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again.

Great condo

Condo was just as described and pictured. We have stayed in similar units within the Colony I/II complex and this unit was nicely updated with new appliances and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our pre-vacation stay on Sunset Beach Island. Vicky was very quick to respond and to work with.

Condo well exceeds expectations and great, quiet location

The photos and description do not do this gem of a place to stay justice. The layout is spacious and very warming/comfortable. There are very thoughtful labels all around to help you have a great experience. Vicky is genuine and thoughtful as the owner and provides very clear and helpful details that you would need for check-in, check-out, and your stay overall. We will 100% be back here and would suggest that you and your family also consiider staying here (as long as its not when we need to go :))

Weekend in March

This condo is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds, sofa, and reclining chair are all extremely comfortable. The appliances were very new and very clean. It’s decorated in a very tasteful beach theme but not too overdone as some condos are. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had. I would recommend it to anyone and we will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great getaway

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to spend a week. Close enough to the beach to be there in just a few minutes and a short travel distance to Myrtle Beach without being in the hustle and bustle of crowds.

Great Condo Rental

Best vacation we ever had! Wonderful place to stay. Clean and accommodating. First floor unit is a plus. Having two bathrooms made it easier for everyone to get ready in the morning. Just minutes from the beach. The kids loved the outdoor pool. We definitely would love to stay here again!

This is beautiful property with amazing owners. From the beginning even after they have been welcoming and very good with communicating. Only minutes away from Sunset this is a perfect spot! Don’t forget to check out the pools and hot tub on site!!!! Have fun :)
