We didn't realise that this room is rented out seperately to the Resort itself. Therefore if you have any issues the local staff won't help. The room was fine but we weren't thrilled with no tea/coffee provided and we also had to purchase soap as this ran out quickly. We also lost power for 1/2 day and was evacuated at 3AM. Let's just say it was memorable.

Loved the view. Loved the Thai Resturant. Outside Swimming lane pool heated a little for swimmers. Bed was too soft for our backs. Reported a couple of small maintenance issues.

Very convenient

Love staying at Pelican Waters Resort as located close to our QLD family. 1st time booking with Stayz. Great price, little better pre check in communication would of been great & only complaint was internet access code supplied didn’t work.
