The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
