Affordable hotel

At the time of my stay in late January, 2015, I was told that the hotel had been around for 2.5 months. A group of tourists from China was lodging there. Perhaps the hotel has some agreement with a tour company, so the hotel could stay profitable without catering to travelers. For instance, there was no decorations nor furnitures in the lobby. My room was small and I had a view of a wall of the neighboring building, but I get what I pay for. The staffs there were helpful. The hotel is equipped with laundry room. $7 breakfast buffet that starts at 7am is not bad.

Great customer service. Nice clean room. The address on Hotels.com did not match. I had to call to get the real address. Overall i will stay there again...

아침일찍 문 두드리면 매우 불편합니다

2일이나 남았는데 아침일찍 방빼라고 문 두드리면 매우 불편합니다. 사과도 없고 환불도 안해준다기에 다른 곳 갔습니다

どこの宿泊施設でも同様、Reception 担当は、時間によって交代するので対応の良い人とそうでない人が存在します。Check in の時は、英会話堪能な方とそうではない方がいました。　後者の型は、テレビのリモコンが作動しないと申し出たところ懸命に対応して下さいました。　翌朝の方は、コミュニケーションを積極的に取る方では無くて残念でした。パソコンの自動翻訳機を使えば、何とかなりますが残念でした。

バスルームの扉が壊れていて明け閉めがしっかりできない上に水捌けが悪く、シャワーを使用したら部屋に水が流れ出てきてスーツケースが濡れてしまった。他の荷物に被害がなかったのが幸いだった。結局１人はシャワーを使用せず嫌な思いをした。 引き出しにはゴミが入っているし、所々壊れていている設備。 安いから仕方ないとは思えないレベル

바닥에는 머리카락이 계속해서 나오고 슬리퍼가 있으면 그나마 참겠는데 몇번 왔다갔다 하면 양말바닥에 머리카락이 엄청 달라붙음 또한 대여하는 그릇은 기름등이 안닦여 있음

급하게 이용해야 했었는데, 추운 날씨에 따뜻하게 편안하게 머물렀어요~ 주변이 조용해서 힐링할수 있었고, 샤워용품이랑 수건, 세면도구까지 완벽히 준비되어 있어서 좋았어요~

綺麗な部屋

今回、水原で用事があったので泊まらせて頂きました。 駅からも徒歩5分ちょっとの距離なので出歩くにも便利です‼ もうちょっと歩くと繁華街もあります。 部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。 今回は使いませんでしたがキッチンもついています。 フロントのお姉さんも優しかったです‼☆ また水原に行く時には利用したいと思います。

조리시설이 가능한 레지던스로 추천.

일단 수원시청바로앞이라 홈플러스도 인접하고 주변이 모두가까워 교통이 좋았습니다. 가격대비 큰 기대없이갔기에 만족했고 조리시설을 원했기때문에 잘사용하고 왔습니다. 직원분들도 대체적으로 요구사항 잘들어주고 잘쉬다왔습니다. 단점이라면 화장실이 매우좁다는것말고는 좋습니다.

화장실이 너무 좁긴 하지만 가격 대비 양호 합니다. 전체적으로 많이 좁아서 몸집이 크신 분은 불편 하실 수 있으나 깨끗해서 만족합니다.

가격대비 괜찮은 곳이예요

처음에는 솔직히 저렴한 이유하나로 예약했는데...나름 아담하면서도 깔끔했어요. 신랑하고 둘이 여행다니면서 잠깐 머물기 좋은 곳이었어요. 다만 화장실에 물이 잘 안빠져서 고이기 일쑤였구요...(그치만 저희는 별로 신경 안썼어요). 2박3일이용했는데...첫날 치약,칫솔,티슈,여분의 화장지가 없어서 저희가 챙겨온 것들로 해결했어요. 프론트에 얘기해도 됐지만 저희가 챙겨온걸로도 해결가능한 문제들이었기에 패스~~!!뭐 다음날 외출한 사이에 방곳곳에 비어있는것들 채워주고 깔끔하게 정돈해주셔서 쾌적한 휴식을 취할수있었네요ㅋ
