Gemäss Bestätigung war Check-in von 16:00h an möglich und man würde am Anreisetag per E-Mail und SMS einen Zugangscode zum Hotel und Zimmer bekommen. Obschon ich schon ein paar Tage vorher über Ebookers und einen Tag vorher direkt bei Fast Hotels nachfragte, wann 'am Ankunftstag' ich denn den Code erhalten würde, kam überhaupt keine Reaktion. Den Code bekam ich dann am Anreisetag erst um 17:18h. Das finde ich inakzeptabel.

Helppo kulkea koodin avulla. Aamiainen tuli yöllä yhdeltä, joten jugurtit olivat jo lämmenneet aamuun mennessä. Jääkaappi oli tehoton. Pysäköintiohjeet hotellin edessä epämääräiset.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Sängyt olivat parhaat päivänsä nähneet kauan sitten. Ainoa vaatteiden ripustamiseen mahdollinen paikka oli n. 15 cm pitkä tappi seinässä. Aamiainen tarkoitti käytävässä roikkuvaa pussia ruokaa. Sekin ensimmäisenä aamuna puuttui ja saaminen vaati kolme puhelua ja lähes tunnin aikaa.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, mutta huone on vähän liian pieni. Kun aamiainenkin syödään huoneessa, niin pitäisi olla edes tuolit ja pöytä. Muuten ok
