The last time I stayed here, it was great, the room was lovely hence why I booked again, This time however, the room we were allocated was totally different! The toilet seat had had some excrement and hairs on it, the bed had a big broken chunk out of it full of dust and fluff, paintwork was dirty and chipped on the walls and furniture, the blinds were broken and the window wouldn't shut properly with the wind howling in all night and to top it off breakfast apart from the eggs was stone cold.Such a shame as this has really put me off staying here again

The bedroom was terribly hot as there was no air conditioning. Even with both windows open and a fan on all the time it didn't really cool down. The carpet was full of hairs and looked like it hadn't been hoovered for a long time. Very disappointed as wasn't what I was expecting from the details and pictures on the booking site.

Unuasal1

Different type of hotel. Very lively and great bar with good food. Great staff. Polite helpful and smiling ! Not sure if paying for club room worth it. Cant really comment as didnt see other rooms to compare

Nice weekend stay

Pros: I have used the hotel before but this time I spent most of my time in the bedroom,
Cons: It was fine.
Location: Didn't go outside the hotel as I stayed only one night.
Uncluttered customer entrance to the hotel. The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. I did notice that the toilet system could not be flushed immediately as a second person used it. A delay of approx 10 - 16 min were necessary.I could not be exact as I didn't time the flush however it was a little unnerving. I left an item behind the same occurred for the lady but we managed to retrieve the items the following day. A good stay. Terry
