The apartment is located in a quiet location in the residence Bernstein, 2008 completed. The apartment has a north-west location, on the north side you have a view of wooded dunes with entrance to the sandy beach to the west side you have a view of a coniferous forest that extends to the German border (about 800m). Note: Parking bottlenecks in the high season: From the end of June to the beginning of September and on long weekends in the summer there may be bottlenecks in the hotel's own parking lot. If necessary, you must then park in the middle and leave a note with the phone number or avoid on adjacent streets. At a distance of about 200 meters there is also a paid guarded parking lot.

The deep shower tray (with stopper) is suitable as a bathtub for children. By opening the wide double door to the bedroom you can, if necessary, z. B. during the day, create more living space. From both sides (north and west), the apartment is covered by a continuous balcony of 10 m². Several dozen German TV channels can be received via satellite in the 32-inch LED TV.
