Bright and modern holiday home with hot tub in the popular holiday home area by Skovmose, which is known for the lovely child-friendly sandy beach.
The summer house is tastefully furnished and is suitable for the discerning tenant who appreciates quality - your home away from home.
There is a neat entrance hall with washing machine and dryer, large, bright and open kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceilings and direct access to the large, partially covered terrace.
Living room with TV that has both Danish and German channels. Here you can also stream a good movie via the installed Chromecast, because there is a 1Gbit internet connection in the house.
Alternatively, you can switch off the TV and cozy up with a good book in front of the crackling wood-burning stove.
There are three good bedrooms with ample cupboard space as well as a cozy alcove in the living room and a loft where the kids can romp around and set up their own "home".
There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a delicious hot tub for two people and direct access to the house's sauna.
In the large garden, there is plenty of space for ball games and games, and there is a sandbox.
The house is heated by an economical and energy-saving heat pump.
