Great location, nice room

The hotel is in a good, busy location, but our room was on the quiet side of the building. There is a heated pool which is open air, so swimming in the late evening offered a view of skyscrapers and night sky - perfect! Clean, nice and comfy room. Now to the minuses: despite early morning flight & arrival, early check-in could not be arranged (I called the previous night also, was told it's unliely to be possible), waiting until 2pm was not fun when you had woken up to fly at 2am. Wifi is 20$/day - which is perhaps normal in Sydney but I found it outrageous. The room did not have a frying pan, so we made eggs and bacon in a sauce pan... but I did not ask the staff abut it, if I had, maybe thy could've fixed the situation. Overall the staff was nice, just a couple individuals seemed less interested in our well being than their own. The balcony was big but covered on all sides, so it remained dark and bit gloomy all day due to not getting much light/sun. In very warm weather perhaps it would've been ok to eat breakfast at, but now, in March, it was useless despite the weather being good. Overall we had a good stay.

Very good serviced appartments!!

Our (couple) stay was very pleasant!! It is located really close to all important things you need to live and you might be willing to visit in Sydney as well!! Friendly staff!! Only the cleanliness was unsufficient!! That seems to be a problem everywhere in NSW when you are used to the standarts in Europe!! Anyway when we asked the staff to vac they did, etc.. Everytime again!!
