The hotel was clearly understaffed. Our room was only serviced at 3:30pm when I requested service and was a very superficial service. Whilst our room service tray was moved to the corridor, the plates were not cleared until the following day. That said, a great location with wait staff that were friendly and responsive

Great location but did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Rooms a bit dated and pool area was not great as steam room did not work and sauna was in poor condition. Also had ro wait over 30 minutes for towels at the pool. Hotel did not provide us wirh any of of Expedia VIP benefits even though this was listed as an Expedia VIP property.
