nice hotel, bit dated now in the club suites and i think if you are offering a club lounge it has to feel like you are getting that wow factor and are happy to pay the extra, o didn’t feel the wow so it fell short unfortunately

Great hotel and brilliant location for exploring Sydney. Pool and sauna area was very disappointing. Hot tub and sauna was not in operation during our visit but it was smelly and looked in need of a makeover. The room and service was great.. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to stay for convenience to the sights of Sydney.

We had a very pleasant stay. Great sized room and bathroom and all very clean. Excellent location for getting about and only a 10 minute walk to circular quay. Would recommend to others and would stay again. Breakfast good too.

After a problem with a room in check in, manager Shania looked after us (thank you). A sign of good management is resolving problems. Location is excellent, bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast is very good, a thank you to Nakita for great coffee. Bellman are very helpful, friendly, greet you with a welcome and smile. Parking is convenient.
