The one main factor that stood out from all the rest also the compassionate and understanding of the all the staff members that assisted me when a change of personal circumstances left me in vulnerable position and immediately my stresses were elevated and addressed by he lovely of team members

Great location. Right near excellent restaurants, cafes, amenities, and quirky shops. The room and adjoining bathroom were good, does the job for what you need if you plan on spending the majority of your time out and about. However, the lack of storage is difficult if you plan to stay longer than a night or two. The staff are friendly and very helpful! A fun/weird experience was that from our balcony window we could see a neighbouring cat use a nearby tin roof to sunbake and as a toilet.

Good location and a good price. Room was basic with a few minor issues - no power point on the bench for the kettle. Staff were friendly and helpful when required. If you are driving there but not needing to use your car often there is unrestricted parking available in nearby side streets although I had to drive around for a while before I found a spot.

The property was clean. Towels were changed every day. In our room there was no where to hang our towels as the rail was broken and there wasn't any where to hang clothes. The water was very hot for the shower but you had to run the water for some minutes to get it. Free coffee was available in reception area and the people working were very friendly. Great location on King St as the property is in between 2 train stations Newtown & St.Peters. Bus 370 was at our front door to Coogee and bus 352 to Bondi. Plenty of restaurants in the Street. As seniors we were able to have an opal card costing $2.50 to travel on bus, train and ferries 24 hours. For the price of the hotel we would definitely stay again.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Information and No Accountability I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property was unacceptable. Prior to booking, I contacted the hotel and was assured that street parking would be available. This was a critical factor in my decision to stay here, as I was traveling with luggage and needed nearby access. When I arrived, there was absolutely no street parking available within walking distance of the property. I drove around for an extended period with no success. This made the property completely inaccessible to me. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, I was told the booking was non-refundable and no exceptions would be made, even though the issue stemmed from false information provided by the property itself. As a result, I was forced to scramble to find last-minute emergency accommodation, at my own expense. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected more accountability and basic honesty from a wotif provider. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Property not wheelchair friendly! Couldn't check in when I arrived after travelling via train and exhausted. When I did come back, still couldn't check in as staff were on their "lunch break". not safe to use kettle in the room due to lack of power points. when I did finally get to lay down for a rest, workman was using a damn power saw outside my window. Had to share a bathroom with the whole floor!
