Location is very nice, with the top bedroom having a view over the harbour. Quiet and private, and a 5 minute walk to the water. All rooms and beds were as expected plus some games for kids and spare blankets in the kids room.A bit hard to find due to lack of street numbers and 4A not being next to 4 but just follow googlemaps. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry stop and a 45 minute walk to IGA in Hunters Hill but there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely neighbourhood and nice to walk around. Steep uphill walk and stairs to front door - could make it hard if you're mobility impaired with heavy cases but otherwise it's fine.I didnt love the the Airkeeper check in process, having to email photos of ID and credit card, but I did find Airkeeper helpful and responsive by phone and email. Key collection was straightforward.There were some minor housekeeping issues (sticking bathroom door, stove lighter not working) but nothing that ruined our stay. There is a toaster and kettle, basic saucepans, plates and cutlery, microwave, but no coffee maker. The set up was perfectly fine for a 3 night stay.A very nice place to stay if you come prepared, in a very pretty and tranquil neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
