Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Rose Bay! This quiet and comfortable second floor apartment has a bright and leafy outlook and offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay.
You'll have full access to the well-equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine, cosy living area with smart TV, laundry with washer & dryer, quiet private balcony with BBQ and dedicated workspace in the second bedroom with high-speed Wi-Fi available.
20 minute walk to Rose Bay Wharf and 25 minutes to Bondi Beach, with buses to Bondi Junction available just around the corner.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The whole apartment is available apart from the linen closet at the entrance. There is a private lock-up garage available for secure parking of small-medium sized cars, and free unlimited parking available on the street.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
