Beautifully renovated to pair heritage charm with contemporary style, guests can enjoy immaculately appointed spaces over two levels and make use of air-conditioning, laundry facilities and three parking spots, while an outdoor area offers a private setting for relaxed alfresco dining.
This luxurious two-storey retreat, once the University of Sydney’s student lodge, has undergone a full-scale renovation to ensure the highest level of comfort while retaining its old-world charm. Downstairs you’ll find all the main common areas, including a light and welcoming kitchen and dining area with everything that’s needed to cook and share meals, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Dine inside or head out to your private courtyard, where an alfresco setting offers a peaceful spot for an afternoon wine, complete with a shade umbrella to keep everyone protected from the elements. Back inside, the elegant and inviting living room features a sofa and armchair for relaxing and socialising, with split system air-conditioning ensuring year-round comfort.

One queen-size bedroom is located downstairs, while upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a third with two singles. All four bedrooms are beautifully appointed and feature a fresh, contemporary palette, with the third bedroom offering a dedicated workspace and sunroom with a cosy two-seater setting to enjoy a morning cuppa. There are three bathrooms, one located upstairs, one downstairs, and an ensuite off the primary bedroom. All include a shower and complimentary toiletries.

Additional conveniences include a dedicated workspace, secure parking for three cars on the premises, and a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely property

The property was exactly as it was shown in the booking. The communication between us and the owner work well. Loved the property, fit our needs perfectly. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. No complaints at all. I might suggest an outside light that would come on when arriving home after dark. Would have made finding the door a little bit easier. But just used our flashlights on our cell phone and it worked perfectly. Would absolutely stay again.
