We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which is located underneath all the other rooms, it was very dank, smelt of mould and mould was also visible on a window sills and door frames. This suite attracts a premium price and certainly isn’t value for money. Very limited crockery and utensils, we stayed for 2 nights not sure it would be convenient for a stay longer than this. The buffet breakfast was disappointing as much of the hot food was very cold and when we mentioned this the staff member said the warming plates weren’t working but they hadn’t taken proactive steps to offer an alternative. Our evening meal was quite nice however.

The accommodations were very good however there is not enough parking with the complex. I couldn't park my car anywhere that I had to park outside and on the available side streets near by.

Rooms were neat and clean, only part was in my room the toilet roll holder was in a terrible location. However, everything else was great, the restaurant meals were excellent, had the best steak I have had in ages and I made sure the chef knew plus a good wine selection to go with it. Would stay here again, no problem.

Terrible stay! Booked executive king and room I had was narrow with a small single bed and a small double - not what I paid for. Room was run down. Bathroom appalling with a shower wedged into a corner which meant had to enter sideways are door to narrow. Chipped tiles in bathroom. No hand soap. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Hotel is conveniently located north of the city in walking distance to train stations for easy transport throughout Sydney train network. Hotel is vintage but comfortable. Good under cover parking on site. Rooms are quiet and clean. Balcony rooms have views to Chatswood and city. Strong hot shower. If you have driven to Sydney and need accommodation for a few days this hotel is a handy location.
