Wouldn't stay there again!! Staff were pleasant but very disorganised. Room 3 out of 10 for clean. We got locked out of our room (key would not engage) twice. we went out arrived home at 11.30 couldn't get in AGAIN had to get someone out of bed to let us in. Position awful tradie entrance through industrial estate at rear.
The room was dirty ,shower door broken , did not use the shower.

Dirty carpets, the mouldy curtains aren’t big enough to cover the windows fully. There was no hand/body wash in the dispensers either in the shower or above the hand basin. The lid of the bin in the room didn’t open.
Checkin took 45 minutes, as rooms were not cleaned and ready for guests. There were about eight people in the check-in desk with complaints about the rooms. Our room hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom had blood in the shower and the sink.
Booked last minute. A couple of issues around the reservation but the receptionist was great. First room we were given had German cockroaches running over the sink so we were moved to a second room. Seemed ok in the dark but woke up this morning to an unclean room. Not clean, floors not vacuumed, shower head and stall in need of attention, grubby, worn out furniture. I wasn’t expecting a lot but the basics weren’t covered. Left room to return to the car to find it covered in bird poo as nests of birds are living in the car park. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Floor and room stank of smoke. Bathroom dirty. Kitchen sticky. Plates and mugs were so stick, they stuck to the shelf in the cupboard.
Generally run down. Accor have let standards slip. They are all issues that are management reaponsibilities. Zero attention to detail.

I will say the staff are polite and friendly.
This property is aimed at tradies and similar who are working away from home for the week. It is in need of complete renovation - it is life expired. I had to refuse the first room allocated to me because it was dirty in the kitchenette, bathroom and the main living space. It hadn't even been vacuumed. The rooms facing the industrial estate are prone to early morning noise - garbage trucks coming and going and the like.
You stay here because you need to be in the area for work or family, but not really for any other reason. There are other similar options within 1-2km of this property. I'd suggest checking them out unless they drop the price on this one.
Good car parking. Charmless hotel with very basic rooms. The ancient beds need changing out as the mattresses are all springs. Tiny bathrooms. Accor have well and truely milked this one well beyond its depreciation date.
Allocated Level:403A The room had a blown light in lounge room, soiled bed linen (disgusting), Balcony tiles were mouldy covered in leaves and growing weeds and cobwebs. Garbage in bins from previous occupants, sliding door tracks were mouldy including step with dirt and cobwebs. Limited amount of cutlery, crockery, NO tea towel and Toilet had NO paper. Kitchen-NO dish liquid.
Changed Rooms to Level:504A - Bedroom window there were holes in the fly screen, No remote for fan and curtains not sliding properly. Lounge room Curtains not sliding properly in track. Kitchen - stale food smell around the stove and exhaust. Light in fridge blown and minimal crockery and cutlery eg: one drinking glass only. Cockroaches and no dish liquid. Common areas - Entry to Car Park -Gate broken all traffic via EXIT - safety issue and inside Lift - Door filthy and a broken grab rail-Safety issue. Well overpriced by at least 50% due to run down state overall

Pleasant and helpful people at reception, who gave us an early checkin to one of our rooms. It was located close to the motorway and had free parking on site.
The rooms were adequate for a one night stay, with tea and coffee making facilities. The showers were very good - pressure and hot. The air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work very efficiently and needed dusting. The mattress was flat and lumpy.
The area outside near the carpark had a lot of rubbish and cigarette butts around. It needed a cleanup. It did not look very appealing, being the entrance to the reception area, which is located at the back of an industrial area.
We expected a better standard from a Mantra/Accor property.
