We love staying at Mercure Sydney!! This is probably our 6th time staying here. We definitely would come back again. The rooms are clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing! The only thing Ive noticed this time is that the pool is not heated, water is not clean, saw that it had some floating dead skin/nails. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Clean room, staff were super helpful and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was huge and delicious, everything you could ask for. Indoor pool did not seem heated and was not big for the amount of people in it at the time, has a gym but quite small and would be difficult to access if you had mobility limitations. I had a really great stay and I left my watch in the room and housekeeping retrieved it, which made me think there were lots of honest employees there.

“Had a comfortable stay at Mercure Sydney. The hotel is well located near Central Station, making it easy to get around Sydney. Rooms were neat, the bed was comfortable, and service was efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options to choose from. Would recommend for a city stay.
