The suites are convenient but housekeeping schedule is only every three days and getting anything attended to between times is a real problem. Meriton is priced like a four star hotel but housekeeping service is like a one star.

3rd day cleaning inconsistent std , floor is not vacuumed, coffee capsule not refilled, for example. Lifts under upgrading, needs to be more patience.

The stay was alright. We were a bit underwhelmed and slightly disappointed with some of the conditions. There was a roof leak in the laundry which we reported to reception but they didn’t seem to think it was a concern. Our access card kept faulting and not accessing our room, we had to go down to reception twice. The shower head was spurting everywhere and obviously needed a deep clean. Was good for the night, but we will probably stay elsewhere next time.
