Friendly, welcoming crew & very helpful with providing information on how to get where needed. Room was clean & cosy as was all the common areas of the hotel. Plenty of activities inside the hotel as well. Its super close to the airport & not too far into the city by uber. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved this place! Everything about it was amazing. You get a welcome drink there when you check in, the vibrant atmosphere was so fun I wanted to join. The room was clean and super cute. Used the bag provided when I went shopping downtown Sydney! Would stay again over and over!! Wish there was one in my city!!

I stayed here after a long drive back from Northern and was delighted when I walked in. The check in was quick and easy with a welcome cocktail on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower very welcome after that drive. The bar / dining area was modern and the food was very good. I would definitely stay here again when I have a very early flight next morning back to Hobart.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby had a bustling, efficient vibe, rather like a town square with the way it is set up to be a restaurant, bar, reception area and meeting area. I loved the industrial/ art nouveau look. Washcloths, another trash bin in the room itself and a bathroom fan would have been helpful.

Cons: Kids play space should be moved (see black and white pic) to either another level or away from sitting area. Beautiful and cosy space lounging whilst having drinks and finger foods but our serenity was being spoilt by kids playing with noisy machine and on occasions the ball from the kids play space (machine that automatically ejects a “tennis” like ball where the kids hit back) found their way to the lounge /sitting/lounge areas and these balls had hit me twice as a drinking patron in the lounge area. This is a liability to the hotel. The ball didn’t hit me that hard but the bottom line it did hit me in the hip on two occasions. The area is so noisy with this “playing area/machine” where you could hardly hear and have chats to enjoy your drinks. Pros: Excellent hotel to stay overnight which is super close to international and domestic airports. Complimentary shuttle buses to take you to airports.

Great modern hotel with friendly professional staff and great bar and food. Small but comfortable and functional rooms. Close to Sydney airport. Free airport shuttle but queue early to get a seat as it’s small. Reasonable priced. An outstanding choice.

Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Restaurant food is good but not a ton of hygiene around cleaning tables. We had to eat with other people's dirty dishes twice. Would definitely stay here again but would take my food to the room just to be safe!
